Refund & Returns Policy

Returns-

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us via email with description of complaint and photo evidence within 2 days of receiving your purchase. 

If an item is to be returned we will provide shipping address details.

Damages -

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, missing an item or the gift is incorrect. *This way we can determine if a full refund will be issued or a replacement item will be sent. 

Refunds -

All return to us shipping costs is to be at the cost of the recipient.

We will notify you once we have received and inspect your return and let you know if the refund will be issued. If approved we will refund your product in the original payment method. Please remember it can take time for credit card refunds to clear.

ORDER CANCELATIONS -

Just For You Gift Boxes reserves the right to say yes / or no to any refund requests, if they do not comply with our policies. Simple change of mind will be refused refund / cancellation of order.
