Delivery costs?
Free standard postage on all orders over $90.00
We offer Free local delivery, if the delivery post code entered at checkout is in our free delivery zone. Generally this is Rockingham (WA) and some surrounding postcodes.
If the delivery postcode is not in our local deliver zone ,and the order is under $90.00 then postage costs are as follows -
$7.50 standard postage, $13.00 express postage
What if i need my gift box on a specific day?
Unfortunately we do not offer *specific day services. We will however send / deliver it as close to as possible - and if required for a certain date / event we can always pop a sticker on it to say 'please do not open until.... - just let us know if you require this.
*Please note if you're delivery is for the Rockingham area, this is in our delivery zone (as we live here) and can deliver on a chosen date.
What happens if the recipient isn't home?
All gift boxes have authority to leave. If you require a signature, please let us know.
How do i track my gift box?
Once your order is on it's merry way you will receive an email with tracking information from us and also the delivery carrier (if being posted). Please check your spam as sometimes these emails can end up there.
What comes in my gift box ?
All gift boxes have a description on their page of what you can expect to find in them. Please note - if we temporarily run out of an item that is pictured in the box, we will swap it out without notice for a replacement item to the same value or greater.
Do You Ship Single Items ?
Yes we do. Single items transactions (those that are not a gift box sale) will be wrapped in tissue and hex wrap then either posted in an eco friendly compost mailer bag or box, depending on size of product.
