Free standard delivery / shipping Australia on gift box orders. 

$13 Express Postage. 

At this stage, we do not ship outside of Australia. 

 

 

  • HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY GIFT TO BE SENT - 

Gift Boxes ordered before 10am PERTH time, are posted out the day of order, those after the following business day.

This may vary if your order is placed on a Friday, weekend / public holiday - if this happens, your gift will be posted on the next available business day or the one after. 

During peak times - Christmas, Mother’s Day and Sales Time (Socially Em magazine) please allow a few more business days for your order to be sent out. 

All gift boxes are posted from our headquarters in Rockingham WA.

Current delivery ETA's

Please note these are ETA's, we have no control over when parcels are delivered, once they leave us.

- Standard Postage, Perth Metro Area = 2-4 business days.

- Standard Postage, All deliveries outside of Perth Metro, and outside of Western Australia = 5-15 business days.

- Rockingham Area = 1 business days.

- Express Postage = 1-5 business days. 

 

 

  • GIFTS GOING TO A HOSPITAL -

Before placing an order please consider-

How long the person will be in hospital for? If you are unsure we recommend sending the gift to their home and have it there for when they arrive home, or maybe a relative can bring it for them.

If ordering on a Friday or weekend please keep in mind the parcel will not be dispatched until Monday

Please provide as much information as possible (ward, room number, level, the recipients phone number)

We can not accept a specified delivery time (eg 4pm) due to other deliveries happening that day

 

 

  • IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION -

It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all address details / contact information entered is correct. Just For You Gift Boxes does not take responsibility if an address that has been given to us is incorrect.

Once your parcel is in the hands of the couriers, it is up to them to deliver it within the time frame they have provided us. We do not take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.

We use Australia Post and Couriers to get our gift boxes out to you. 

All local (Rockingham) deliveries are Monday - Friday.

For urgent (local Rockingham area) delivery please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you wish to have a parcel delivered on a specific date - PLEASE contact us directly before placing your order, to make sure we are able to accommodate. 

 

 

  • HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY - 

Once your has been shipped you'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details (please check your junk / spam box). You can then track the progress with this information.
