Due to COVID - 19 deliveries are being delayed due to courier services being inundated with parcels, some areas having limited staff at depots and processing facilities, and a reduced flight / truck load and as a result we can not guarantee delivery time frames and/or exact dates for delivery. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
All our packages have ATL (authority to leave) and all packages will be left at the door of the recipient or in safe place. If there is nowhere to leave the parcel, a card will be left for the recipient to pick up where stated on the card.

*Perth Metropolitan Orders - 1- 6 business days
*Outside Perth Metropolitan Area & Interstate orders - 5 -15 business days
*Orders will be shipped once payment confirmation is received by Just For You Gift Boxes. Please allow 2 business days.

DELIVERY INFORMATION -
*It is the buyers responsibility to make sure all address details / contact information entered is correct. Just For You Gift Boxes does not take responsibility if an address that has been given to us is incorrect.
*Once your parcel is in the hands of the couriers, it is up to them to deliver it within the time frame they have provided us. We do not take any responsibility for delayed or lost packages.
*We use Australia Post and Couriers to get our gift boxes out to you.
*All local (Rockingham) deliveries are Monday - Friday.
*For urgent (local Rockingham area) delivery please contact us directly and we will do our best to accommodate.
HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERY -
Once your has been shipped you'll receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details (please check your junk / spam box). You can then track the progress with this information.
