Once dispatched it is the responsibility of the courier to get it to you in the correct condition an in a timely matter that suits the current conditions (weather, parcel loads)

We do not give refunds for change of mind

We can not give exact delivery dates, if your parcel is local to us (Rockingham WA) we will do everything we can to deliver it on the day needed - provided we have the stock availability and how large our current delivery load is for the day.
