Shipping
For orders placed before 10am Perth WA time (unless stated otherwise or it is a pre order), shipping will occur on the same day. Orders placed after that time will be shipped on the following day. Please note that during peek times (christmas, mothers day, socially em magazine), we may require an extra day or two, to process and dispatch orders.
In the event that you make an order on a Friday or during a weekend, please remember that it will be shipped on the subsequent business day.
Order tracking
Once you have finalized your purchase, an email confirmation will be sent to you. Subsequent to the shipment of your order, an email update will be provided to inform you of its progress.
